	My mission is to touch the heart and soul of everyone I meet so they may “Live From Within” and flourish in this lifetime! Carrie’s goal is to share her experience, strength and hope with others who for a brief period in their life (there will be more than one) have lost direction. I have been a life and energy coach my whole life but have done life coaching for 20 years as a profession. My life has always brought me to the individuals who need new tools for situations that intuitively baffle them. When the new tools are applied quick results appear and your inner self is content. I am a person who loves to experience everything life has to offer. I do not look at what society considers “bad events” as bad; these are stepping stones to learning about me. Learning about me and what continues to make me tick brings such a fulfilling day, day after day. Balance is the key!
